The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its Commander Works Engineers (CWE) SECUNDERABAD, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender for critical electrical repair and maintenance works. The comprehensive scope of work, to be executed in SECUNDERABAD over a period of 180 days, includes the repair and maintenance of overhead (OH) lines and underground (UG) cables, alongside routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of transformers, AB switches, lightning arresters (LAS), earthing systems, and all associated allied electrical works. This Item Rate contract carries an estimated value of ₹22,00,000. Prospective bidders must note that the tender documents are available for download from 22-Jun-2026 06:00 PM until 13-Jul-2026 06:00 PM. Bid submissions will commence on 06-Jul-2026 06:00 PM and close on 13-Jul-2026 06:00 PM, with bids scheduled for opening on 20-Jul-2026 10:00 AM at CWE(ARMY) SECUNDERABAD. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹44,000 are required, both payable to GE(UTILITY) Secunderabad at SECUNDERABAD. EMD exemption via BG/ST is permissible. Bids will be accepted under a two-cover system, with the first cover comprising technical and pre-qualification documents (including tender fee DD, MES enlistment, GST registration, EPF registration, firm application, and affidavit for no outstanding recovery) and the second cover containing the financial bid (BOQ).
