The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Garrison Engineer (South), Mudfort, Secunderabad, represented by Mr. RAMESH CHANDRA MEENA, invites open tenders (Reference No: GE(S)/SEC/TOKEN-21 OF 2026-27) for "REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO WOODEN/PVC/STEEL/ALUMUNIUM DOORS, WINDOWS, VENTILATORS, KITCHEN CABINETS, INBUILT CUPBOARDS AND ALLIED WORKS IN MD ACCN AT OTHER THAN AOC CENTRE UNDER AGE B/R (SOUTH) NO. II OF GE (SOUTH) SECUNDERABAD." This civil works project, to be executed in GE South, Mudfort, Secunderabad, is an Item Rate contract with an estimated value of ₹49,00,000 and a stipulated work period of 180 days. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000 are required, both payable to the Garrison Engineer (South), Mudfort, Secunderabad, with EMD exemption allowed for eligible bidders via BG/ST. Eligibility is extended to enlisted contractors of class D and above (category a (i)), and unenlisted contractors who meet equivalent pre-qualification criteria.
