Work Description - Term Contract For Repairs To Misc. Works Such As Improvement To Traffic Junctions, Foot Paths, Divider And Kerbing Etc., At Various Locations In Secunderabad Cantonment For A Period Of One Year

The Chief Executive Officer, Secunderabad Cantonment Board, operating under the Directorate General Defence Estates (a Central Government Ministry/Department), invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: SCB/EB/Misc.2026-27/1116) for a "Term contract for repairs to Miscellaneous works such as improvement to traffic junctions, foot paths, divider and kerbing etc., at various locations in Secunderabad Cantonment for a period of one year." This civil works project has an estimated tender value of ₹4,00,00,000/-. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,00,000/- and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹5,900/- are required, both payable to the "CEO Secunderabad Cantonment Board" at Secunderabad. The bidding process involves a two-cover system: Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) requires submission of proof of EMD and tender fee, registration certificates, local address proof, IT Returns for the last two financial years, PAN, GST registration, Labour License, ESIC and EPF registration, Solvency Certificate, experience certificates, technical staff details, and turnover certificate for the last three financial years. Cover 2 (Finance) requires the Bill of Quantity. Bids will remain valid for 180 days from the bid opening date.
