The Department of Defence Research and Development is inviting tenders for the REALIZATION, INTEGRATION AND SUPPLY OF WEAPON (INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT OF SUBSYSTEMS OF THE WEAPON OTHER THAN FIM), quantity 25 Nos. as per the scope of work outlined in Annexure-B. This is a Limited Tender, reference number RCI/26ATT183/CMS-II. The tender documents, including the NIT and RFP, are available for download from February 26, 2026, 04:15 PM until March 12, 2026, 10:00 AM. Bids must be submitted online between February 26, 2026, 04:15 PM and March 12, 2026, 10:00 AM. The bid opening is scheduled for March 13, 2026, at 10:30 AM at CONFERENCE HALL,DCMM,RCI. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,00,000 is required, payable to THE DIRECTOR at RCI, HYDERABAD; EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is not allowed. The tender fee is ₹100, payable to THE DIRECTOR at RCI, HYDERABAD, and exemption is allowed. Bidders are required to submit technical specifications, a techno-commercial bid, mandatory documents, an acceptance letter, local content information, an undertaking letter, and a price bid in two separate covers. The period of work is 730 days, and the bid validity is 180 days.
