The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), through its Chief Construction Engineer (R&D) South, invites open tenders from eligible bidders for "Consultancy Services for Detailed Engineering including Design Drawings and Soil Investigation for Trisonic Wind Tunnel (TWT) at RCI Hyderabad."
