The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Installations at the UIDAI Regional Office in Hyderabad for the year 2026-27. This encompasses comprehensive operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical services, including annual maintenance of specialized systems like the substation, fire alarm system, and DG set operation. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 12,15,192 with a required EMD of ₹ 24,304, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), HCED-I, CPWD, Hyderabad.
