The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of "Repairs to washrooms or toilets sewerage lines, doors, cupboards, dinning halls and kitchen at all hostels including wash area at Hyderabad Central University, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. SH Renovation and upgradation of toilet of the boys hostel H Block right wing and NRS Annex Block right wing." under Tender ID 141669 and NIT/RFP NO 189/2025-26/HYD-III/HYD. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 86,70,590 with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,73,412 payable in favor of Executive Engineer, HCD-III, CPWD, HYD via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG. This is for civil and composite works. Bidders must furnish mandatory documents including EMD in applicable form, CPWD Registration Certificate, GST registration Certificate / Undertaking (Form -G), Receipt of EMD submission, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness of already completed buildings and infrastructure projects (Form - F), Certificate of ERP Training from CPWD, and Local GST Registration copy / Undertaking.
