The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Annual Repair and Maintenance Civil works and EM Equipment i/c Operation and Maintenance of Sub-station equipment, DG Set, AC Units, Fire Alarm System and Passenger Lifts at ESIC Super Speciality Hospital (SSH) at ESIC Sanathnagar, Hyderabad during the year 2025-26." NIT/RFP NO is 163/EE(E)-Hyd-I/35/CE-Hyd/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,49,74,281 and the time allowed for completion is 6 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,99,486 is required, payable in favor of Executive Engineer (E), HCED-I, CPWD, Hyderabad through DD, FDR, BC or BG.
