Work Description - Upgradation Of Industrial Training Institues(itis) Under Pradhan Mantri Skilling And Employability Transformation Through Upgraded Itis(pm-setu Scheme)

The Department of Employment and Training (Training Wing), through its Additional Director AT, is inviting a compelling Request for Proposal (RFP No. 1203/AT1/2026(Hosur)) for the selection of an Anchor Industry Partner (AIP). This pivotal initiative aims at the significant upgradation of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) under the transformative Pradhan Mantri Skilling and Employability Transformation through Upgraded ITIs (PM-SETU Scheme). The project focuses on enhancing skill development and employability across key locations including Hosur, Dharmapuri, Metturdam, Salem, and Salem (Women), with a projected work period of 1825 days. As an Open Tender, it follows a two-cover system, necessitating the submission of comprehensive technical and financial proposals. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹40,00,000 is required, with provisions for exemption as per tender guidelines. The tender was officially e-published on March 6, 2026, at 02:00 PM.
