The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,27,81,402, and the time allowed for completion is 3 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,55,628 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, CCD-II, CPWD, Chennai, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
