Work Description - Construction Of Permanent Campus Campus For Indian Institute Of Technology, Tirupati, At Merlapaka Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor Dist., A.p. Phase-i (stage-1)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a permanent campus for the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Tirupati, located at Merlapaka village, Yerpedu Mandal, Chittoor Dist., A.P. Phase-I (Stage-1) which includes manpower supply of Computer Operators for the O/o Executive Engineer & Senior Manager ( C)-I &II, and attached subdivision offices, CPWD, Tirupati and Office Attendants at the O/o Executive Engineer and Senior Manager (C )-I & II and attached subdivision offices under NIT/RFP NO 01/EE&SM(C)/TPD-II/2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 6,24,395 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 12,488, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of Hyderabad - CE cum ED- Tirupati Pro. Circle - EE&SM( C) -2. The document download and bid submission start date is July 11, 2025, at 05:19 PM, with a document download and bid submission end date of July 18, 2025, at 05:00 PM. The bid opening date is July 18, 2025, at 05:30 PM. The time allowed for the project is 5 months. Enlisted CPWD contractors in the appropriate class are eligible to apply. Mandatory documents include scanned copies of insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand draft, Bankers Cheque, Fixed Deposit Receipts, Bank Guarantee for EMD, receipt for deposition of Original EMD, enlistment order, GST registration Certificate (or undertaking), and a certificate secured through the LMS portal of ERP for attending the Train the Trainers Programme.
