This composite work, with NIT/RFP NO 04/SE cum PD/EE&SM(C)/IITMPC/2025-26, specifically involves the deepening and widening of the existing lake at the Southern side of the IITM Discovery campus, alongside the construction of an intake well, pumping well, and pump room within the lake premises, including the provision of a gate at both the Lake and Thaiyur village sides. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 4,98,70,964, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 9,97,420 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer, CCD-II, CPWD, Chennai.
