Work Description - Outsourcing Of Day To Day Up-keeping And Management Services Including Mechanized/ Automated Housekeeping, Caretaking, Security, Cooking And Catering Services, Making Arrangement For Supply Of Potable Drinking Water, Moei & Fans Including Rmo Of Pump Sets, Fire Fighting System, Street Lights, Dg Sets & Providing Other Miscellaneous Services For Central Government Employees Holiday Home Ooty At Udhagamandalam (tamil Nadu) For A Period Of 36 Months During 2026-2029.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a prominent Central Government Ministry/Department, through its EE-COIMBATORE office, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced contractors for the comprehensive outsourcing of day-to-day Up-Keeping and Management Services for the Central Government Employees Holiday Home Ooty at Udhagamandalam, Tamil Nadu. The estimated cost for this composite service contract is ₹ 1,45,79,828 (One Crore Forty Five Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Eight Rupees).
