Work Description - R/m Of Electro Mechanical Services At Ito Nungambakkam, Chennai-34. Sh: R/m Of Wet Riser System Etc., In Ito (main, Annexe & Wanaparthy) Agaram And Sigaram Building At 121, Mg Road, Chennai-34.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders from eligible contractors for the comprehensive "R/M of Electro Mechanical Services at ITO Nungambakkam, Chennai-34." A significant component of this tender is the Annual Maintenance Contract for the firefighting system, including materials, for the aforementioned buildings. Specialized agencies are required to submit an ERP Training certificate or undertaking. The tender is open to Electrical, Composite, and Non-CPWD contractors.
