The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the large-scale renovation and alteration of aging infrastructure at IITM campus and desilting of the lake at Discovery campus. This project specifically includes providing and laying aluminum seam roofing over the existing curved roof sheet, incorporating the fixing of gutters and other accessories, at the terrace G plus 3 of Machine Design section block under the Academic zone at IITM campus, Chennai-36. NIT/RFP NO is 16/SE cum PD/EE&SM(C)/IITMPC/2025-26.The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,11,30,405 with a completion period of 90 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,22,609 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, CCD-II, CPWD, Chennai via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG.
