The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for comprehensive consultancy services related to the construction of a residential complex, studio apartments, a student activity center, and a visitors' hostel at IIT Indore. This project, NIT/RFP NO 12/EE&SM(C)-II/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹3,80,01,348 with a required EMD of ₹7,60,027 payable via FDR or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, IIT Indore Project Division-II, CPWD Indore.
