Work Description - For Carrying Out Cleaning Work (sweeping, Mopping, Etc.) On A Job Basis In The College Of Agriculture Building And Premises, As Well As In The Buildings And Hostels Within The Skrau Campus.

S.K.R.A.U. through the Dean, College of Agriculture, Bikaner, invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender (NIT No. 04 Year 2026-27) for undertaking comprehensive cleaning work, including sweeping and mopping, on a job basis. This critical service encompasses the College of Agriculture building and its premises, as well as various other buildings and hostels located within the SKRAU campus in Bikaner. The estimated tender value for this service contract, under an Item Rate form of contract, is ₹12,00,000. Interested parties can download tender documents and submit their bids online from June 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The final date for document download and bid submission is June 29, 2026, by 05:00 PM. Bids will be opened on July 01, 2026, at 11:30 AM. A Tender Fee of ₹1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹24,000 (2.0% of the tender value) are required, payable to the Dean College of Agriculture, Bikaner, via offline modes such as Demand Draft. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers: the first for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, and the second for the Financial Bid (BOQ). Submitted bids must remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
