Work Description - Construction Work Of New Sub Health Center Building At Nooriyawas (block Pisangan) District Ajmer

The Executive Engineer, Medical and Health Ajmer, on behalf of the State Government and UT of Medical and Health, hereby invites open tenders for the Construction work of a New Sub Health Center Building at Nooriyawas (Block Pisangan), District Ajmer. This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹52,00,000, is scheduled for completion within 180 days. The tender process commences on 31st July 2026, at 10:00 AM, with document download and bid submission also starting on this date. Bidders must ensure their submissions are finalized by 06:00 PM on 10th August 2026, as the bid opening is scheduled for 11th August 2026, at 03:00 PM at the Office of The Executive Engineer, Medical and Health Ajmer. A tender fee of ₹3,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,04,000 (2.0% of the tender value) are required. The EMD is payable to EE MH Ajmer through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, and tender fees can also be paid via the same methods. Payment instruments accepted include DD, BG, BC, and Bankers Pay Order (BPO). The contract will be based on a percentage form of contract.
