The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a Faculty Block (Electronic Manufacturing Unit) (G+1) adjacent to the clean room building for the permanent campus of IIT Jodhpur at Karwar, NH-62, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This composite work includes all civil and electrical works within the buildings, internal services, development works encompassing HT cables, LT cables, HVAC, DATA networking, sewer lines, drainage, and specifically, the construction of an Aluminum Partition on the first floor of the EMU building in pocket-B, incorporating electrical work (1st Recall). The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 3,83,742, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 7,675 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, IIT Jodhpur Project Division-I, CPWD Jodhpur. The NIT/RFP number for this tender is 01/EE&SM C-I/PUJ/2025-26.
