The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of an RCC Retaining wall and Compound wall with Concertina Coil fencing on the rear side of Residential Quarters at the ICMR-VCRC Campus, Puducherry. This project, under NIT/RFP NO 64/EE(Puducherry)CPWD/2025-26, is valued at approximately ₹42,90,216 with a completion timeframe of 4 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹85,804, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(Puducherry), CPWD, Puducherry, and should ensure they have all mandatory documents which include but are not limited to Insurance Surety Bonds, Account payee Demand Draft, Account Payee Bankers Cheque/Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Bank Guarantee against EMD, Enlistment order, GST Registration Certificate (or undertaking if not obtained), Form F Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD, Valid Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing, Form I Declaration about site inspection, and Certificate of ERP training as per CPWD O.M.DG/Enlist.Rules-2023/Misc./25 dated 15.03.2024.
