The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of a connecting corridor from the RCC Old block to the RCC Extension Building (Ramp), the construction of additional toilets for Type V A & Type V B Quarters (26 Nos), construction of a Dump Lift well (G plus 3) and installation of a 2-ton goods lift to the existing blood bank building, and the provision and supply of customized office furniture for the Regional Cancer Centre Extension at JIPMER Campus, Puducherry, including allied internal and external electrical installations. This composite project, referenced as NIT/RFP NO 57/SE/EE(Puducherry)/CPWD/2025-26(Modified), has an estimated cost of ₹9,36,35,431 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹18,72,708 payable via DD, FDR, BC or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (Puducherry), CPWD, Puducherry. The bid submission period begins on February 25, 2026, at 01:00 PM and concludes on March 11, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for March 11, 2026, at 03:30 PM. The project must be completed within 6 months. Interested bidders must download the tender documents between February 25, 2026, and March 11, 2026.
