The Engineer-in-Chief (PH), Odisha, Bhubaneswar, acting on behalf of PHEO, a State Government organization, invites eligible and experienced firms to participate in a National Competitive Bid (NCB) for Tender Reference Number EICPH-01/2026-27 Dtd.11.06.2026.
