Work Description - Sewerage And Septage Management For Sewer System With Stp And Laying, Jointing, Testing And Commissioning Of Sewerage System In Two (02) Ulbs Of Cluster-4 Including 1 Year Defect Liability With 10 Years O And M.

The Directorate of Local Bodies (DLB), a State Government and Union Territory organization, through its Mission Director located at G-3, Rajmahal Residency, Near Civil lines, Railway Crossing, Jaipur, invites sealed bids for Tender Reference Number NIB 11180/2026-27. This Open Tender, categorized under 'Works' and specifically 'Civil Works', seeks proposals for comprehensive Sewerage and Septage Management, encompassing the design, construction, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of a Sewerage System with an associated STP in two (02) Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) within Cluster-4 in Rajasthan. The scope of work includes a 1-year defect liability period followed by 10 years of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services, with an estimated project value of ₹1,55,22,00,000. The entire work is expected to be completed within 547 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,10,44,000, representing 2.0% of the estimated value. This EMD is payable to Director DLB at Jaipur, with provisions for EMD exemption through Bank Guarantee (BG) or ST. Additionally, a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹7,500 (comprising ₹5,000 Tender Fee and ₹2,500 Processing Fee) is mandatory, payable to Director DLB MD RISL at Jaipur. Payments for both EMD and Tender Fee can be facilitated via Demand Draft (DD), Bank Guarantee (BG), or EGRAS.
