Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise, through its North East-1 Circle (O/o CGMT, NE-I Circle, Shillong), represented by AGM MM, invites an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the selection of Franchisees. This open tender (Reference No. NE1CO-23/11(26)/9/2026-CFA/ 771225/01 Dated 09/07/2026) seeks proposals for the franchisee-ship of sale of BSNL products and the provision of services to BSNL across the MEGHALAYA, MIZORAM, and TRIPURA BA regions within the North East 1 Circle for a proposed contract duration of 730 days.
