The Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance work, including Building Repair (BR) and Electrical & Mechanical (EM) services, specifically water proofing treatment, joinery, sunken floors, flooring, tiling, various toilet fittings, plumbing, sanitary fittings, and internal wiring, within MD Accommodations under AGE B/R-I at GE Kamptee. This is an item rate contract with a tender value of ₹45,00,000. The period of work is 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days.
