The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through the Garrison Engineer, Kamptee, invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance, including Building & Repair (B/R) and Electrical & Mechanical (E/M) works, specifically encompassing waterproofing treatment, joinery, sunken floors, flooring, tiling, and various toilet fittings, plumbing, and sanitary works within the OTM area of Fort Nagpur under AGE B/R-III at GE Kamptee. This Item Rate contract, with Tender Reference Number 8777/E8, is valued at ₹45,00,000, and completion is expected within 180 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000, equivalent to 2% of the tender value, is required, payable to GE Kamptee.
