The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through the Garrison Engineer, Kamptee, invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance including BR and EM nature of works in Area III under AGE BR II at GE Kamptee. This civil works project encompasses water proofing treatment, joinery, sunken floors, flooring, tiling, and various toilet fittings, plumbing, and sanitary fittings. The estimated tender value is ₹45,00,000 with a work completion period of 180 days. A percentage based Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2% amounting to ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE Kamptee, with exemptions allowed as per guidelines. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable. Tender documents can be downloaded from 29-Apr-2025 06:00 PM to 20-May-2025 06:00 PM, and bids must be submitted between 13-May-2025 10:00 AM and 20-May-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 22-May-2025 at 10:00 AM at GE Kamptee. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including the cost of tender document DD/Bankers cheque, enlistment letter in MES, Provident Fund Code Number, GST registration, pre-qualification documents, and the digitally signed tender document and corrigendum, along with the BOQ in separate covers.
