Work Description - Repair/ Maintenance Of Electrical Fittings, Lightening Protection System And Other Connected Works In Tech Area Under Ge(i) Rnd Pashan

E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL FITTINGS, LIGHTENING PROTECTION SYSTEM AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN TECH AREA UNDER GE(I) RnD PASHAN." This works contract, referenced as GERD/PSN/TOKEN/83 OF 2025-26 and Tender ID 2026_MES_748901_1, requires prospective bidders to submit their bids in two covers. Cover 1 should include a scanned copy of the DD/Banker's Cheque of Rs 500.00 in favor of GE RD Pashan Pune. Cover 1 also includes a scanned copy of renewal letter of enlistment and details of work in hand as per Annexure I to NIT. Cover 2 should contain the BOQ in .xls format. An EMD of ₹64,000 is required, payable to GE RnD Pashan via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft, with exemption allowed under specific conditions. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE RnD Pashan. The document download/sale start date is January 16, 2026, at 06:30 PM, and the document download/sale end date and bid submission end date are both February 6, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid submission start date is January 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid opening date is February 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM at GE RnD Pashan.
