E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of "REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF FLAMEPROOF EOT CRANES, ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION NETWORK, FIRE PUMPS AND CONNECTED MISC WORK IN TECH ARE UNDER GE(I) RnD PASHAN, PUNE." The Tender Reference Number is GERD/PSN/TOKEN/82 OF 2025-26. The estimated period of work is 180 days. Bidders must submit a fixed EMD of ₹56,000 payable to GE RnD Pashan, alongside a tender fee of ₹500 also payable to GE RnD Pashan. The tender documents can be downloaded starting January 16, 2026, at 06:30 PM and ending on February 06, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bid submissions will be accepted from January 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM until February 06, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for February 09, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the office of GE RnD Pashan. Scanned copies of the DD/Bankers Cheque of Rs 500.00 in favour of GE RD Pashan Pune, enlistment letter and GST Number in MES duly indicating index No and cat, Unenlisted firm in MES to give scanned copy of DD/Bankers Cheque of Rs. 56,000/- in favour of GE PAS, Unenlisted firm in MES to give scanned list of works executed in last 3 years duly notorised, Unenlisted firm in MES to scan copy of documents as enlisted criteria of D class a(ii), Enlisted contractor one class below eligible class in MES to submit scan copy of as per tender docum, Scanned copy of renewal letter of enlistment, Scanned copy of details of work in hand as per Annexure I to NIT are needed. The required payments can be made via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
