**TENDER FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF SEROLOGY KITS** The Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites sealed bids for the establishment of an Annual Rate Contract for the supply of Serology Kits. This Open Tender is for Goods and aims to secure a reliable supply of essential laboratory materials for a period of 365 days. Bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers, with Cover 1 containing the Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, including detailed technical specifications, Manufacturer's Authorization Form, user lists, tax assessment and turnover certificates, GST registration and PAN card, EMD receipt or MSE registration certificate (if applicable), and any other supporting documents as per the tender enquiry. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹1,00,000, payable to Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram. Withdrawal of bids is permitted. The tender documents are available for download from July 28, 2026, 05:00 PM, and submissions are accepted until August 18, 2026, 05:00 PM.
