The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Garrison Engineer (Central) Pune, located at Arjun Marg, Pune-411001, invites interested and eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Tender ID: 2026_MES_773276_1, Reference: 8728) for "REPAIR REPLACEMENT TO FOOTPATH, HARDSTANDING, DRAIN, BOUNDARY WALL AND ATTENDING EMERGENT DAY TO DAY COMPLAINT OF SEWER NATURE AND ALLIED WORKS IN THE AREA B SOUTH CAMPUS OF AFMC UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE". This Civil Works contract, valued at an estimated ₹42,60,000, will be executed on an Item Rate basis with a completion period of 270 days. The e-publication and document download commenced on 19-Jun-2026 at 06:00 PM, with document downloads closing on 10-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bid submissions will open on 03-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM and close on 10-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 13-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM at the Garrison Engineer (Central) Pune office. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹85,200 are required, both payable to the Garrison Engineer (Central) at Pune; EMD exemption or submission via BG/ST is allowed. Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) requiring scanned copies of documents such as EPF Code, GST Registration, application on letterhead, tender fee payment proof (DD or Bankers Cheque), and relevant enlistment/pre-qualification documents for MES Class D and Cat A (ii) contractors (or equivalent for unenlisted firms including EMD and an affidavit of no outstanding recovery).
