The Garrison Engineer Nasik Road, under the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, is inviting open tenders for the "CLEANING OF UG SUMPS, OH TANKS, FILTERATION PLANT AND WATER TREATMENT ITEMS UNDER GE NASIK ROAD CAMP." This is an Item Rate contract for Civil Works with an estimated tender value of ₹50,00,000 and a work period of 180 days. Interested contractors are required to submit their bids between September 1, 2026, at 09:00 AM and September 8, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on September 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Garrison Engineer Nasik Road office. A tender fee of ₹500 is applicable, payable to Garrison Engineer Nasik Road, and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000 is required. The EMD can be submitted through a Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft, with exemption allowed under specific circumstances. The tender documents are available for download from August 18, 2026, at 01:00 PM until September 8, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Cover 1 requires scanned copies of enlistment letters, GST registration, application on letterhead, EPF code, and for unenlisted contractors, a scanned copy of the DOC meeting and affidavit of no recovery outstanding. Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). All submissions are to be made offline, and a two-stage bidding process is not permitted.
