Work Description - Construction Of 500 Bedded Capacity Boys (g Plus 3) Hostel (hostel No.5) At Abv-iiitm Gwalior.(mp) Including Electrical Works

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a 500-bedded capacity Boys (G Plus 3) Hostel (Hostel No.5) at ABV-IIITM Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, including all electrical works. The project, under NIT/RFP NO 14/SE/EE/GCD(Gwalior)/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹49,15,78,602 and has a completion timeline of 18 months. Interested bidders must submit their bids by April 1, 2026, 03:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for April 1, 2026, at 03:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹59,15,786 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer-GCD-CPWD-Gwalior, through specified modes including DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, and BG. Crucially, bidders must possess a valid CPWD enlistment order, GST registration (or an undertaking to obtain it), a valid electrical license (or an undertaking to obtain one), and an ERP training certificate from a recognized CPWD institution. Site visits are compulsory, and bidders must submit a signed undertaking confirming the same, as per Annexure IV. Furthermore, an undertaking on structural stability, as per Form F, and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions as per Annexure V are also mandatory.
