Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "Construction of Additional Quarters for Staff/Officers of Reserve Bank of India at Char Imli, Bhopal, MP in EPC Mode-III (Package-1)". This comprehensive project includes the construction of 72 Grade A quarters (S+9), 10 Grade D, 1 Grade F quarters (S+7), a RD Bungalow (G+1), 28 Class-III quarters (S+7), a Facility Block (G+4), a swimming pool, a 33KV electrical substation building, and 2 gate security blocks. The scope of work encompasses internal and external water supply, sanitary installations, electrical installations, and development works including roads, footpaths, drains, retaining walls, UG sump pump room, sewage treatment plant, upgrades to the main campus boundary wall, CCTV system, networking, DG Set, Fire Fighting & Alarm systems, street lighting, lifts, EV charging, OWC, Domestic & Flushing water pumping systems, solar PV system, Boom Barrier, Gas Suppression system, Signages, UPS, Mechanical Ventilation & Pressurization system, BMS, Horticulture work, site office, barricading and demolishing of existing residential D Block and temporary structure. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,30,13,32,360 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,40,13,324 payable to EE, BCD-I, CPWD, Bhopal in the form of DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
