Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd (KMML), a State Government and UT organization, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the "Construction of new file room for P and A and materials department" under an open/advertised tender process. This significant civil works project, categorized under "Civil Works - Buildings," has an estimated tender value of ₹19,06,606 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹47,670. The scope of work encompasses the extension of an RCC staircase up to the top floor, dismantling of existing roof sheets, GI structural works for the stair cabin, fibre cement board partition works, tiling, false ceiling installation, aluminium fabrication, roof work for the staircase, and electrical installations. The project has a stipulated completion period of 90 days from the date of commencement. Bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers: Cover 1 for Tender documents (excluding price bid), along with their signature on every page, registration certificate, preliminary agreement, filled tender form, and GST registration details; Cover 2 will be for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender fee is ₹3,717 (inclusive of GST), and the EMD is fixed at ₹47,670. Bidders must adhere to the critical dates: the document download and bid submission period commences on July 31, 2026, at 06:55 PM and concludes on August 17, 2026, at 03:00 PM.
