Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd, a State Government undertaking, hereby invites open tenders (Reference No: EAF/CIV/1099/2026-2027, dtd 12/05/2026) for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering AC/FRP/Polymer/Metallic sheet Roofing and Re-Roofing works across its plant and non-plant buildings for the period 2026-2027. The scope of work, categorised as Civil Works - Others, primarily involves the demolishing of existing AC/FRP sheets, fixing new AC/FRP/Polymer roof sheets, side cladding, replacing damaged L/J bolts, fixing AC/FRP ridges, installing AC/FRP/PVC gutters, plastering around stacks, applying tar felt compound, and general cleaning of deposits.
