The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Maintenance and operation of Electrical and mechanical services at Regional Passport Office, Bangalore for the year 2025-26. SH. Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 02 Nos. 13 Passenger (Johnson Make) Lifts including repairing work." NIT/RFP NO is 204/NIT/EE(E)-I/Bangalore/BCESD-III/2025-26 The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 4,14,373, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 8,287 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), Bangalore Central Electrical Division II, CPWD, Bangalore via DD, FDR, CDR, BC or TC. The bid submission start date is 25-Mar-2026 and ends on 01-Apr-2026, 05:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 01-Apr-2026 at 05:30 PM. Mandatory documents include a Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order or Bankers Cheque /Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR along with Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD, a copy of a valid Enlistment Order in appropriate Class and Category issued by CPWD for eligible contractors, GST registration certificate or undertaking, Copy of Receipt for deposition of Original EMD issued from any Division office of CPWD and ERP Training certificate.
