The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Maintenance and Operation of Electrical and Mechanical Services at Residential Quarters of Bureau of Immigration at Gangumuthanahalli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bangalore, including SITC of Spare parts and servicing of 4 Nos 13 Passengers (Johnson make) lift." This electrical works project, under NIT No: 195/NIT/EE(E)-I/Bangalore/BCESD-III/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹1,41,262. The EMD is ₹2,825, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), Bangalore Central Electrical Division II, CPWD, Bangalore. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting March 23, 2026, with a submission deadline of March 30, 2026, at 05:00 PM. Bids will be opened on March 30, 2026, at 05:30 PM. Mandatory documents include Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order or Bankers Cheque /Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR along with Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD, a valid Enlistment Order in appropriate Class and Category issued by CPWD and GST registration certificate. Furthermore, ERP Training certificate of self or his / her authorized representative regarding successful completion of ERP Training from ERP portal and Copy of Receipt for deposition of Original EMD issued from any Division office of CPWD where bidder deposited EMD are also required.
