Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise, through its Karnataka Telecom Circle and the Office of the Chief General Manager, Bengaluru, is inviting Expressions of Interest (EoI) for the appointment of franchisees. This open tender, with Tender Reference Number KTKCO-23/11/14/2026-HBL, seeks to appoint franchisees within the Hubballi Business Area, which encompasses the districts of Davangere, Gadag, and Haveri.
