Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise, through its Uttarakhand Telecom Circle, is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible entities for the establishment of a franchisee network. This initiative aims to enhance the sale of BSNL products and the provision of BSNL services within the Uttarakhand Circle.
