Work Description - Housekeeping Work Of 2x150 Mva 220 132kv Grid Sub Station, Madanpur (dumka) For The Period&amp#x0d 16.08.2026 To 31.03.2027 I.e. 7.5 Months.

The Jharkhand State Electricity Board (JSEB), through its General Manager, TZ-II, Dumka, hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in an Open Tender (eNIT 341/PR/JUSNL/2026-27, Tender ID: 2026_JSEB_116371_1) for housekeeping services. The scope of work encompasses the essential housekeeping of the 2x150 MVA 220 132kV Grid Sub Station located in Madanpur, Dumka. This critical service is required for a period of 7.5 months, specifically from 16th August 2026 to 31st March 2027. The estimated value of this services contract is ₹9,86,703. Interested parties are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,476 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000; however, EMD exemption is permitted.
