The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open EPC Percentage bids for the construction of a significant infrastructure project at the IIT(ISM) Dhanbad Main Campus (Package-I). This project encompasses the construction of an 800-bedded Girls Hostel (S+G+10), a Kitchen and Dining Block (G+6), and an HVAC building (G+1), including comprehensive internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, sewerage, water supply, a 500,000-liter U.G. Tank, storm water drains, roads and paths, internal electrical installations and fans, a wet riser system, fire alarm system, UPS system, CCTV system, hydro pneumatic water supply system, substation equipment, a central AC plant, illuminated signages, street lighting, lifts, horticulture, landscaping, and other development work and bulk services (Civil & Electrical). The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,57,94,19,780 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,67,94,198, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, ISMU PROJECT DIVISION-I, CPWD, DHANBAD. The time allowed for completion of the work is 24 months. Critical dates include the document download end date and bid submission end date, both on July 18, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for July 18, 2025, at 03:30 PM. The bid validity period is 75 days, expiring on October 01, 2025, at 15:30 after the Technical cum Eligibility Bid Opening.
