The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of 6 Nos. residential Quarters - Type-VI (E-Type) (G-2) including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Drainage, Internal Electrical Installation i/c street light, Lifts and Fire Fighting System at NIAMT, Hatia, Ranchi, specifically focusing on the SITC of Outdoor Feeder Pillar and LT cable etc. for Qtrs. The project, NIT No. 03/NIT/CE-Ranchi/CPWD/2026-2027, is estimated to cost ₹36,61,100 with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹73,222 payable in favour of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER(E) RCED CPWD RANCHI through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. The bid submission process commences on May 7th, 2026, at 04:22 PM and concludes on May 14th, 2026, at 04:30 PM. Bids will be opened on May 14th, 2026, at 05:00 PM.
