Work Description - Construction Of Biosafety Level (bsl)-3 Laboratory Under Pm Abhim For National Centre For Disease Control At Aiims Deghar, District Deoghar, Jharkhand (r).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open EPC Percentage bids for the construction of a Biosafety Level (BSL)-3 laboratory under PM ABHIM for the National Centre for Disease Control at AIIMS Deghar, District Deoghar, Jharkhand (R), as per NIT No. 01/NIT/CE-Ranchi/CPWD/2026-2027 R. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 22,61,89,408, and the completion timeline is 9 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 32,61,894 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Dhanbad Central Division, CPWD, Dhanbad. The tender documents can be downloaded from 29-Apr-2026 02:19 PM to 13-May-2026 03:00 PM, and bids must be submitted between the same dates. The bid opening is scheduled for 13-May-2026 at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include the Insurance Surety Bond, Enlistment Order of the CPWD Contractor, GST Registration Certificate of Jharkhand or an undertaking, a receipt for deposition of original EMD, an undertaking on structural stability, a certificate from the LMS Learning Management System in ERP, a duly signed CPWD EPC form, a copy of the Electrical License or an undertaking, and partnership/company-related documents as applicable.
