Work Description - Construction Of 120 Seated Class Rooms 36 Nos. & 120 Nos. Faculty Chambers (g 3) For Nit At Jamshedpur Under Agreement No. 34/nitpd/2016 17. This composite work includes civil works pertaining to dismantling, repair, and reconstruction of lift shaft walls for re-installation of 2 passenger lifts (out of 6), chargeable to the Security Deposit/withheld amounts, at the risk and cost of the agency. The estimated cost of the work is ₹18,43,619 and requires a time allowance of 4 months for completion. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹36,872 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, NIT Project Division, CPWD, Jamshedpur, through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
