The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has announced an open tender, reference number 08/NIT/EE&SM(C-2)/CPWD/JSR/2025-26, for a composite work project involving the construction of various types of quarters including Type-II (G+3), Type-III (G+3), Type-IV (G+3), and Type-V (Duplex) units complete with internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, and internal electrical installation for the Group Centre, CRPF at Musabani, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). A key subwork is the construction of G.I. sheet sunshades for family quarters. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 13,17,705 and the time allowed for completion is 30 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically by January 31, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for January 31, 2026, at 03:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 26,354 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, NIT Project Division, CPWD, Jamshedpur, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Bidders must furnish mandatory documents including Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD, Enlistment Order of the Contractor, GST Registration Certificate of Jharkhand, receipt for deposition of original EMD to Division office of any Executive Engineer of CPWD, undertaking on structural stability, certificate issued through LMS in ERP under Train the Trainers Program, CPWD Form 7, and partnership/company related documents as applicable.
