Work Description - Construction Of 480 Nos. Type-ii (g 3) Storeyed, 24 Nos. Type-iii (g 3) Storeyed, 12 Nos. Type-iv (g 3) Storeyed And 04 Nos. Type-v (duplex) Quarters I/c Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Drainage And Internal Electrical Installation For Group Centre, Crpf At Musabani, Jamshedpur (jharkhand). Sh: Supplying And Filling Earth Laying Sewer Line And Installing Polyethylene Septic Tank For Type-v Family Quarters.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of 480 Type-II (G+3), 24 Type-III (G+3), 12 Type-IV (G+3), and 4 Type-V (Duplex) quarters, including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, and internal electrical work for the Group Centre, CRPF at Musabani, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This composite tender, NIT No. 08/SE cum PD/EE & SM (C)-2/JSR/2025-26, also encompasses supplying and filling earth, laying sewer lines, and installing a polyethylene septic tank specifically for Type-V Family Quarters. The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,55,32,932 with a mandatory EMD of ₹3,10,659 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, NIT Project Division, CPWD, Jamshedpur. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of January 15th, 2026, at 3:00 PM and a bid opening date on the same day at 3:30 PM. Bidding documents, including CPWD Form 7, enlistment order, GST registration, EMD deposition receipt, undertaking on structural stability (Form F), LMS certificate, and relevant partnership/company documents, must be submitted.
