The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), LBDDA KUPWARA, representing the State Government's Tourism organisation, invites bids for an Open Tender (Services category) for the "Auction for Outsourcing of Cafeteria with kitchen, storage/staff room, gender-based toilets inside the cafeteria and outdoor PC blocK at diver lolab."
