The Executive Engineer (XEN) REW Kathua, under the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department of Jammu and Kashmir, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (e-NIT No.137/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 24/07/2026 2nd call) for Civil Works.
