The Public Works Department (PWD), through its Executive Engineer, PWD R&B Division, Billawar, invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for the "Macadamization of Billawar to Sukrala road" under the City and Town (C&T) Sector Capex Budget for 2026-27.
